Experience
Dr. Lily Lamboy is a researcher, community organizer, artist, and executive. She previously led the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion functions at both Stripe and Blue Shield of California, scaling both internal-facing employee-focused strategies and external-facing health equity, social justice, and economic initiatives. She holds a Ph.D in Political Science from Stanford University, and received the University's highest honor recognizing teaching. She conducts research on organizations as a site for working towards justice, with recent work published by Sage Publications and Cambridge University Press. She is a member of AnomalousCo, a transdisciplinary theater collective working to activate political awareness and action through performance.
