We'll create a 1:1 relationship based in trust to help you explore, continuously learn, and apply knowledge on issues including race, class, gender, disability, mental health, religion, and sexual identity.
Oftentimes, teams need someone with deep facilitation skills - mixed with extensive knowledge of histories, identities, and organizations - to build a strong space for a tough conversation. We will work with you in advance to understand the context and create a container for team discussions, custom-designed workshops, or mediations between employees.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is one of the highest-burnout fields in the United States, with high turnover for leaders. The same is true for non-profit leaders, social impact leaders, and many others. This is because these leaders often feel isolated and overwhelmed by the emotional demands of their jobs mixed with trying to meet competing stakeholder needs. Bringing deep experience as an executive, classroom teacher, manager, and coach, I provide 1:1 space to process emotions, strategize around supporting a team, and/or navigate working with a complex range stakeholders
